Carly Smith, Representative Payee

Carly joined CCCS in May 2026 as a Representative Payee. She has lived in the Mid-Ohio Valley her entire life and graduated from Parkersburg High School in 2023.

In her free time, Carly enjoys creating art with gouache paints and alcohol markers, collecting Pokémon cards and merchandise from her favorite shows and video games, and cooking.

Carly is excited to be part of the CCCS team and appreciates the opportunity to work with their wonderful clients. She looks forward to getting to know each client, building meaningful connections, and learning how she can best support them in her role as a Representative Payee.
