Get a copy of your credit report

Everyone should have a copy of their credit report and know their credit score. We make it easy for you to get a Tri-Merge credit report which includes reports from the largest credit reporting agencies — Experian, Equifax and Trans Union. Please contact us to request the report by calling 304-485-3141. See below as fees may apply. You will be required to provide a photo ID and complete a Credit Report Release Form.

Credit report counseling

Sometimes you need more than just knowing your credit score. You need help understanding the report, how to correct any errors, and how to improve your score. With our credit report counseling, a CCCS counselor will review your credit report with you, answer your questions, and help you figure out your next best step.

Fees for credit report counseling

  • Individual session: $95 (includes tri-merge credit report with all 3 FICO scores); $55.00 for only the tri-merge credit report

  • Joint session: $145 (includes tri-merge credit report with all 3 FICO scores); $105.00 for only the tri-merge credit report

  • If you already have a copy of your credit report, the session will be $40

  • FREE Experian credit reports with the Vantage score, is available
