Privacy Notice Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Mid-Ohio Valley, Inc. is
committed to maintaining the privacy of individuals and/or families who have contacted
us for assistance. We ensure that all information shared, both orally and in writing,
will be managed within legal and ethical considerations. Personal information such
as debt balance, debt obligation, income, living expenses and financial circumstances
may be provided to creditors. This information may not be provided to other parties
without prior authorization. We may also use aggregate case file information for
the purpose of evaluating our services, gathering valuable research information and
designing future programs. Your confidentiality will be maintained through the use
of a unique individual client number or by using aggregate data in all circumstances.

Harold “Jim” Applebaum
Harold “Jim” Applebaum, long-time CCCS Board Member, passed away in June of 2017.
Jim was always an incredible supporter of the agency, our employees and our clients.
He will always be remembered for his dedication, determination, caring and thoughtfulness,
both to organizations he served and the community in which he lived.
